The oval knife holder block has a cylindrical design in which the knives are held by silicone fibers. The fibers can be removed at the same time, so they are easy to keep clean. The knife holder block has a diameter of 110mm and a height of 225mm. The knife holder can be used up to a length of 20 cm.
