EX-SMC - Counter Top Showcase is suitable for freshly baked pizzas, pastries and other snacks. Showcase temperature can be adjusted up to +90 ° C. For easy cleaning, the counter top is totally desmountable. The device is lighted top and bottom, it uses digital thermometer. Top counter is equipped with lower drawer with a polyethylene cutting board specially for food and gastro tray (GN 1/1).
