EKL 823 - Proofer works with 8 trays (429x345mm) capacity. Distance between rack rails is 74mm. The stainless construction is a dynamic, eye-catching design that delivers reliable performance for the convenient lifting of bakery products and other products at low temperatures. The design allows you to place a baking pan or a small air-mixing oven on top of the proofer top.

The proofer does not contain trays.
