ARCOS Riviera | Set of 6 knives in an elegant beech holder.
The Riviera knife family is a combination of comfortable use and intelligent desing! The combination of a forged iron blade and NITRUM® coating ensures an extra strong and durable, outstanding cutting edge, while the stainless steel rivets can withstand temperatures between -40 and +150 ° C.
The set contains:
- 1 paring knife with a 100 mm blade,
- 1 chef's knife with a 150 mm blade,
- 1 chef's knife with a 200 mm long blade,
- 1 bread knife with a knurled edge and a 200 mm blade,
- 1 250 mm flexible slicing knife with notched blade,
- 1 piece of 25 cm long round steel.
