Set of 4 forged steel knives in a wooden knife holder block. The knives are members of the Opera series. New products from the Spanish company Arcos in 2020 include the Ópera family, a renewed and improved version of the old, well-proven Classica product line.

The unique Nitrum material of Arcos knives (which is a nitrogen-rich, unique, environmentally friendly stainless steel) provides even harder, increased cutting performance and better edge durability, which the forging process raises to an even higher level, making forged knives even superior to their rolled steel counterparts. The unique cutting edge of the Ópera family is provided by Silk Edge technology, which combines traditional processes with innovations in modern technology. The comfortable use of the series is ensured by the handle made of polyoxymethylene, the edges of which are rounded, so using it all day is not a problem. The rivets on the handle are made of stainless steel, which is extremely strong and corrosion resistant, thus ensuring a long service life of the handle. The knives are also NSF food safety certified.
