The Brooklyn product line is the 2019 novelty of the Spanish company Arcos. The forged iron "silk" blade of the products is a reinforced, forged NITRUM stainless steel born from a combination of traditional and state-of-the-art technologies. The long life of the cutting edge is complemented by a rounded top edge for comfortable use. Yet the real specialty of the knives is provided by the special Micarta handle of stunning color. Thanks to the shape of the handle (half-support design), it is easy to sharpen and allows easy cutting. The handle is made with Micarta technology. During the production, textile / linen sheets and synthetic resin are layered and pressed, which provides a beautiful pattern during the shaping and finishing of the handle. The handle is resistant to high temperatures and ambient humidity, its rivets are stainless, so long, corrosion-free use is guaranteed.
