The real specialty of the slicing knife is the special Micarta handle, which is stunningly colored. Thanks to the shape of the handle (half-support design), it is easy to sharpen and allows easy cutting. The handle is made with Micarta technology. During the production, textile / linen sheets and synthetic resin are layered and pressed, which provides a beautiful pattern during the shaping and sanding of the handle. The handle is resistant to high temperatures and ambient humidity, its rivets are stainless, so long, corrosion-free use is guaranteed.
