Description
Edged surface with 280 mm long, 10 mm diameter Arcos beech steel, a stable long-life product. The blade is made of diamond-coated carbon steel. To maintain the edge of the knife, it is essential that our cutting tools are always safe and accurate. While holding the shoulder, always keep the handle firmly in place while holding both sides of the blade at an angle of 20 °, alternately pulling it across the groove.
