Correct storage of your wines is important
SV 111 B can be used for both built-in and freestanding wine cabinet and the cabinet has one zone. The cabinet can be adjusted between 5°C - 18°C and can hold 126 bottles distributed on 8 1/2 shelves in beech wood, of which 7 1/2 pull-out shelves and 1 stationary. A beautiful cabinet for storing your bottles. The cabinet has a timeless design, where the black frameless glass door and the interior light give the cabinet an exclusive look. Right hinged door with the possibility of door reversal, so it is always flexible to place the wine cabinet in the room. 1 horizontal LED light provides good light and represents the wine beautifully. The cabinet has an intelligent air circulation system that ensures perfectly ventilated, anti-vibration cooling throughout the cabinet. The SV 111 B has UV protection, is electronically controlled and has a digital control panel so it is easy to see and adjust the temperature in the cabinet.

Temperature
Keep your wine at a constant temperature throughout the year. It's less important whether the wine is at 8 degrees or 18 degrees - as long as it's without big, rapid fluctuations. Somewhere in between is recommended as the optimal temperature. If you store your wine too cold, the wine will develop very slowly, and if you store it in too warm an environment, the wine will develop too quickly.

Humidity
The best place to store your wine should have a humidity level of between 60% and 75%. If the humidity is less than 50%, there is a risk of the cork stoppers drying out. A humidity of more than 80% will not alter the wine, but the labels may be damaged. For the cork stopper to be airtight, it must be moist. Therefore, it is important that the wine bottle is always stored lying down so that the cork is in contact with the wine.

Protection
Wine should be stored in the dark. The consequence of too much light, especially neon light, can be a faster maturation of the wine than normal, as the light initiates oxygenation.

Vibrations and shaking
Excessive vibrations and shaking are harmful to your wine. Young wines can usually survive after transportation and "heal" themselves. However, mature wines are much more fragile and have a greater risk of changing character. Therefore, it is important that your storage space is protected against vibrations and shaking.
