NSM 900 G - RLC / CL Glass Door Meat Dry Aging Cooler makes the meat extremely dense with an intense flavor. The texture of the meat is not comparable to the "ordinary piace of meat". The culinary delights created by dry aging process and the consumption are not comparable!
Inside the dry aging cooler the meat ages on the bone a constant humidity of around 75 % and a temperature of 4...8 °C. This equipment is made of stainless steel and consist LED lighting on both sides of the interior (2x1700 lm).  The latest-generation compressor and touch screen thermostat guarantee high efficiency and low absorption, with considerable advantages for running costs. Additional features: ventillated cooling, automatic defrosting.
